The practice has an approved boundary and it is therefore important that we have your up-to-date address details with us at all times. Should you move to another address outside our boundary you will need to register with a new doctor in that area. Once the Business Service Organisation is made aware of your new address they will remove you from our list. It is best you register as soon as possible in your new area with a doctor of your choosing.
